Color: I would like it to be dark, with bright attributes (Think old alleyway wall with bright graffiti)
Ideas: It needs to be filled with Pride. My street dogs are Proud that they are free. But it should also show a bit of a struggle.. so maybe the dogs look proud, but have battle wounds... Its hard to decide really.. stray dogs is so overdone, its hard to think up an original skin idea... Im open to suggestions, this is just what my members asked for ^^

Um... ok so what I need is:
Logo
Background (Texture?)
Minni Banner
MOTM, COTM, TOTM, SOTM Banners (200x100)
As well as 9 cool staff colors
Emotes... if you can... or if you know of come dog ones...?
And the most important of all:
coding MUST stay intact... If this means you need acess to my admin acount so be it.. I want NO code harmed in the making of this skin ^^
Note: I have a border around the forum code... resizing codes.. ect really I dont think any coding will be needed in my skin unless you plan on making site header/footer images... -shrug-
