Alright, now I'm not sure how you want me to teach you graphics... I suggest you can just make a manip and we'll work through the process step by step.
But first, what exactly do you want me to teach you? (Choosing stock, blending stock, painting manes/tails/fur, etc.) This way I'll know what to concentrate on.

i would like to know how to add some effects such as lines, etc. over pictures. ^^ and make it so when you hover over something to click it, it goes from faded to un-faded.

Sorry about that. I thought I had made a board in the Skin section... I'll go do that now.

Alright, my style of teaching is I guess instructions but mostly critique! So let's start with some stock of a wolf and any background (color choice does not matter). Also, keep the credits small but readable (this'll help me see the manip better without the distraction of text).
Cut the wolf stock out and paste onto separate layer from background. Remember to always keep everything on separate layers! Adjust darkness/lightness however you want then make that dark/light layer invisible (unless you're not using layer modes).
Then we can proceed from there. If anything (or everything) of what I said in the above paragraph makes no sense, just tell me and I'll explain in detail. But also, you are okay with cutting, adjusting color, size issues, yes? Otherwise I'll start with those.

Am I allowed to join the training session? If not I'll wait my turn.

Actually I'm making you a new thread for that. I was waiting for your approval first.
